We, the adolescents of Bangladesh, have been buying poor-quality food & snacks that don’t provide us proper nutrients to chase our dreams. Let’s bring a change so that we can make the best use of our pocket money. To serve the purpose, we have to change our food habits too. Therefore, we pledge today to buy nutritious food & snacks with our pocket money. In order to ensure the availability of good quality and tasty foods around us, we aim to work together with food producers and policymakers to improve the food production and distribution processes. This will enhance the opportunity for us to make better and tastier food choices everyday. And that is why we take the pledge, to eat well and live well.
To get a wider range of healthy and affordable food options, we will need to work together with our parents, teachers, food manufacturers, retailers and policy makers. As individuals, we can change ourselves but together, we can change Bangladesh.
You have completed the pledge. Since you have started the journey to change yourself, it is time to start taking this pledge beyond your bounds and bring a change among the people around you.
Choosing quality food can be difficult! That’s why we’re here to guide you through some tasty and healthy foods for both snacks and meals. Good food also helps boost your immunity and give you the energy you need to achieve your goals!
